It has been approximately 11 years now since I began my self-taught journey and transition of how to remain in-spirit.  The education and change of perspective I have received from this journey is a very remarkable change from my previous approach of seeking guidance and a true perspective from my mental thinking.  The knowledge and education that I now receive from being able to view my personal experiences with the eyes of my spirit has no equal.  One of the biggest differences between using our physical brain or our spirit as our main source of guidance is only one provides our life with a more enlightened understanding about the power of love.  Love is the primary communication and goal of our spirit but it is not the primary communication or goal of our mental thinking.  Very often, we are taught at an early age that our mental thinking is our greatest source of guidance and wisdom.  We are also often taught that our physical eyes provide us with the greatest ability to clearly see people for who they are.  When used together, our physical eyes and our mental thinking often uses the physical differences it sees in others (gender, skin color, age, weight, etc.) as a starting point to determine who may be lesser or greater than ourselves. This begins a confusing path towards separating or uniting ourselves with others solely based on the differences we physically see.  More importantly, is how our mental thinking was purposely created to often respond with unloving painful remarks, actions to gain control or harmful intentions towards those it deems different and\or uncontrollable.  What we are not taught is that there is another part of us that does a much better job at seeing others for who they truly are.  Actually, we are seldom taught that the part of us that does a much better job at seeing people for who they truly are – is our spirit.  We truly are a living spirit and its important that we learn to accept this truth. However, our spirit was created to be in harmony with our physical brain and body.  This natural harmony is broken and disrupted when we are mistakenly taught to seek the truth by first trusting our physical eyes over the rightful eyes of our spirit.  The eyes of our spirit is our spirit’s awareness.  Our spiritual awareness can see what our physical eyes can’t see which is love and the different levels of love within each person.  Our spiritual awareness can naturally see beyond the physical and sense the presence of learned love or lack thereof carried within the spirit of all people.  Our family’s physical connection to one another can be tracked through similar blood types, dna and similar physical appearances but not through the presence of love.  Our spiritual connection with another person is solely based on the love we sense for that person.  It is this presence of love that we sense and feel for another person that makes them family to us; even if they are not our physical family.  Being in-spirit has allowed me to see a much greater story about who we are and how we are meant to see each other.  It is an amazing story I will continue to share to those who wish to listen.
